About the team

Our team lives by two ideas ‘be the best teammate’ and ‘give it everything, every time’.

We celebrate when things are going well and support each other when they’re not. We work hard for our teammates in every training session and every match. We leave the field proud of our performance and proud of our teammates.

Our coaches focus on technical skills and long-term development so that each player becomes the best player they can be, whatever their future in rugby, with players physically developing all the time we know that today’s hooker could be next year’s fullback so it’s important that they all develop the fundamental skills that will take them wherever they want to go.
We like to play a fast-flowing, through-the-hands style of rugby, where players are free to express themselves and try things out.
We have players who have been at Brighton since they were five, and players who started this season. We aim to give them all as much game time as possible to help them grow as players.
Our playing squad are a brilliant bunch of young men, who are kind and welcoming and, most importantly, have a lot of fun together. We also have a dedicated coaching team, fully qualified first aiders and an incredibly supportive group of parents.

We train Thursday evenings 6 pm - 7 pm and have matches or training on Sundays 10 am - 12 pm.

Under 13 players are currently in year 8 at school.
