7pm - 8:30pm

Come get involved, if you're new to the area or returning from Uni.
Come back down to your local, friendly club.
Will be a pre-season involving the ball, no old-school running here. Come get prep for the season with some of the best S&C coaches in the area (the best in our opinion).
