Welcome to Brighton U6s - TOTS Rugby

The under 6’s / tots rugby group are coached by Ed and Helen Sowden.

The group is made up of year 1 and reception aged children and is focussed on building on what the children have learnt at rugby tots and starting to develop their rugby skills whilst keeping the games fun.

We hope by the end of the year that all children are confident running and catching and starting to learn the art of taking tags whilst playing bulldog.

We have a big group of 20+ this year and always excited to welcome new children who what to try their hand at rugby for the first time.
