Welcome ot Brighton U9's
We train on Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30/7ish - The usual format is that we do a couple of exercises to learn new skills at the start then I’ll split them into two teams and play tag (in the hope that they use the skills they’ve just learned in the game).
On Sunday mornings we either have training at the club or go to tag rugby festivals. Tag festivals are lovely events where clubs from all over the county submit teams of 6 and we play 10-minute games against each other, No one keeps score (except the kids!) and the emphasis is on inclusion and enjoying the game.
