Brighton U12 hosted Hastings who where promoted to our pool.
The game got under way and the boys where fired up for the game they came out of the blocks hard and fast. All the hard work that they have put in at training was evident rucking and tackling hard. The ball was moving from wing to wing creating overlaps with ease.
The team scored 5 tries before Hastings managed to finally break the defenses and score a try. Brighton did manage 2 further tries before half time.
The second half saw a revived Hastings testing the defence of the try line. The team put up a strong defence repelling many attacks. Unfortunately 2 tries where scored, although Brighton did have several attacks of their own they fell agonisingly short on several occasions.

All in all great performance from the boys 2 weeks to try and work on more training moves to see off the challenge of Crowborough in February
